Objctive, testable, physical evidence of God, is there any?

My good friend AV says there isn't. I happen to agree with him. What say you?

Go outside and look at a tree or something growing out there. Or perhaps look at your neighbor getting his mail.

I know you think that evolution built those things but for the Christian those things are clear evidence for an Intelligent designer. Objective, testable, physical evidence of God.

Your interpretation of it is subjective. Even if I assume the tree is evidence that something made it, that doesn't support your god more than anyone else's.

Objective evidence is truly deserving of the word "evidence." Objective evidence does not lie. The interpretation of Objective evidence may vary, and that is the purpose of a court room discussion - What can we infer from the objects. Objects are the objects of perception, things that can be seen, heard, touched, tasted, or smelled. They include videos, pictures, fingerprints, DNA, foot prints, tire tracks, tape recordings, phone calls, physical objects, liquids, and gases. Recently, objective evidence can include electronic information, such as emails or files on a computer.
Objective evidence does not change, as long as it is not tampered with. It is what it is. It is unbiased. It has no motives. It has no feelings. It does not care what the outcome of the court trial is. It simply speaks the truth.


So the universe and all of its characteristics are objects of perception, things that can be seen, heard, touched, tasted, or smelled...by our senses. So they are objective and what those objects convey can vary but the objective evidence is just that and is what it is. So to claim that there is no objective evidence for one thing or another depends on how one interprets that evidence.

You are confusing your issues here. A tree is a physical object and is evidence that has a cause. It may be that you don't find a tree a reasonable piece of evidence for any God, but it is your subjective opinion vs. ED's subjective opinion concerning that evidence. However, it is objective evidence.
