It's not. It's about the Obama regime trying to get off the hook for their failed appology theme. The chosen one can't come to grips with the fact that bowing and falling all over himself only is met with contempt. So he is grasping at straws to show this failure isn't his faullt(blaming a stupid video).

It's the appeasment theme that was supposed to work because he thinks a kuffir can make them love us with his bows.

When that fails(and it always does) The regime has to spin it so as not to exspose the utter failure of their false narrative

News flash: They don't think like the West does. They only respond to power. Obama acts out of weakness. He, and the left can't come to grips with the fact that their narretive is a false one.

There was no admission of regret or remorse in that statement, nor was there any indication that the Obama administration or any part of the government was responsible for having "insulted, failed, injured, or wronged" anyone; it was even stated explicitly that the government had no part in making the video. It was not an apology.
