I'm just curious, how many times have you actually read the source material in the links you're providing?
Because I'm reading it, and I'm coming to a different conclusion than you are.
Once again, it wasn't Trump or Flynn who was being wiretapped, but the Russian ambassador - who met with Flynn while being recorded. Flynn got recorded as he was talking to Kislyak.
As President, Trump has the power to release any FISA request. Why hasn't he Veritas?
Trump has yet to release any such request (and he, as President, has the power to do so
Not in the headline you circled in red. You can't even follow your own line of evidence. Did the NYTimes article mention FISA at all?And once again they found NOTHING wrong, criminal nor illegal had taken place. But continue to ignore the fact that the FISA Court request specifically mentions Trump. If it hadn't, then you'd have a point. Clearly, the objective was to spy on Trump via the Russians. Clever!
Further, the FISA request naming Trump was denied.Not in the headline you circled in red. You can't even follow your own line of evidence. Did the NYTimes article mention FISA at all?

(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;

I'm saying that judges do not allow wire taps for no reason, they don't issue them because someone has a hunch.
If one was issued then a judge was convinced it was justified, if there was no wire tap then Trump is telling lies, either way Trump has some explaining to do.
FBI =/= Obama.If one was issued, then Obama was the one doing the lying when he claimed it never happened. So why would it be Trump that has to do the explaining?
"Obama and his aides responded with disbelief when they learned of President Donald Trump's Saturday morning tweets laying out the charges. Later in the day, an Obama spokesman said "neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any US citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false."
Obama irked and exasperated in response to Trump's wiretapping claims, sources say - CNNPolitics.com
Further, the FISA request naming Trump was denied.
FBI =/= Obama.
OK, and?It wasn't the FBI that was referred to in the article. It was Obama and his people: Obama irked and exasperated in response to Trump's wiretapping claims, sources say - CNNPolitics.com
"Obama and his aides responded with disbelief when they learned of President Donald Trump's Saturday morning tweets laying out the charges."
The one in October, that was narrowed to the 'secret server' that was communicating with banks in Russia?The one in October was not. It was narrower. Still, it was a fishing expedition that yielded nothing.
OK, and?
Are you accusing Trump of transnational terrorism?And where does it mention the President having the ability to do this?
Still patiently waiting for a source.
Edit:
Did you read your own link? From the first few sentences.
This order prescribes a uniform system for classifying, safeguarding, and declassifying national security information, including information relating to defense against transnational terrorism.
When what never happened? When Obama, through a spokesman, said, "neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any US citizen. Any suggestion otherwise is simply false." ?? Is that the "lie" you're referring to?AND...Obama (not Trump) is the one who was lying when he said it never happened.
No, Trump has some explaining to do, but few think he ever will.Therefore, it is Obama (not Trump) who has some explaining to do.
Based on what? There has been no indication beyond Trump's tweeting that Obama ordered him to be wiretapped.AND...Obama (not Trump) is the one who was lying when he said it never happened. Therefore, it is Obama (not Trump) who has some explaining to do.
