I was watching Democracy Now the other night, and they were all upset by Obama's pick of Rahm Emanuel for Chief of Staff. Since he's very much a proponent of Israel, they were second guessing Obama's choice. This is just nuts. Sniping at the decisions of the man that holds not only our party's future, but the nation's. Not to mention the world. This is the part of liberalism that gripes me, not that conservatives aren't just as bad - they are now throwing Palin under the blame bus.

Heck, Emanuel is to be Chief of Staff, not Secretary of Defense.

Democracy Now is ridiculous and hates anything anybody does unless it follows there extremist left views. Given that sometimes they're on point, many times they consider anyone that doesn't follow their point of view as beholden to some corporatist right-wing fascist government. I remember watching their program and they basically stacked the decks against a company selling formula and some activist group that advocated only breast feeding. They painted the "formula industry" as evil, but they seem to consider any corporation evil.

I am so happy Obama won, sometimes but not all the time, you just got to love America when it is on the path to recovery.

I predict the Iraq war will be over in about two years, and we will have a safety net for health care crisis, in about eight or ten years. I think Obama can improve our relations with our allies too!
