First of all, no he hasn't. That video's about as legitimate as a $7 bill.

Secondly. Even if he did, so what? There's no religious test to being the US president and from an outsider's perspective Obama has done a reasonable job with the US economy, social and international policy, in the face of an obstructionist Congress.

You can be a Muslim and be bad at it, just as you can be a Christian and be bad at it. I know a Muslim man that is everything described in this meme. Though, to be fair, he's a Muslim because his family is. It's like people being born into Catholicism/Catholic families and claiming to be Catholic although they don't go to Mass and disagree with the Church on homosexuality and abortion, among other things.

I believe that he probably is a Muslim in the sense as described above, but more than anything, that he sympathizes with Islam and Muslims because of his upbringing, even if he isn't practicing the faith.

Only when it's nonsensical and puts Americans in danger. I think the vetting process for refugees is a joke, and the handling of ISIS has been terrible, but he isn't solely to blame for that, as it shouldn't always fall on the US to deal with these Middle Eastern problems. Showing sympathy for your every day, run of the mill Muslim who just wants to live their life and not be labeled a terrorist by religious affiliation isn't a bad thing.
