Numbers 222 and 444 Help!!!

Lately I have been in much prayer regarding the end times and everything going on around us. The terrible tragic things happening in Spain and Iraq etc., you name it we could be on our knees constantly naming all of the issues that need prayer. Well last friday I was reading an article online (I don't remember the topic), when I looked at the ID in the URL it gave the number 14441. The number 444 caught my attention. Sunday evening I was watching a movie and my wife was working on her laptop when she commented "Hey! 444" I looked at her and asked "What?" surprised, because I had not mentioned the number to her. She does not believe (I was saved years after we married), she would just think it ridiculous. She said again "444, April 4, 2004". Tuesday while in the shower I noticed a bottle of conditioner my wife has purchase it read some odd ounces and 444 ml. Early Thursday morning I awoke, looked at the clock it read 2:22, I rolled over went back to sleep. Later the clock radio came on, I hit the snooze, not looking, then the clock radio came on again, I checked the time 4:44. This morning same thing I woke at 2:22. I am just wondering if this has happened to anyone else lately. I love Jesus and am looking forward to going home, but I don't have the gift of prophecy. That is why I was wondering if there have been other believers with the same experience.

I have had the exact same experience.. I see numbers all the time.. 3 of the same digits.. I looked up on the computer.. you can try Google.com.. and type in meanings of numbers...

I believe in messages..

One time I got the number 22... and I was interested in reading the bible.. at that time.. I kept seeing that number.. and so I tried to figure out if it meant anything.. or whatever... I looked in the bible.. on page 22..Genesis.. and looked on Genesis 21:22.. and there it said.. "God is with you in Everything you do" At my weakest point in life God spoke out loud.. right to my face.. from the bible.. I wasnt even really listening for him!!! I thought that was just in amazing.. there in parentheisis (sp?).. I STOOD OUT!

So I do pay attention to numbers sometime!!.. Ever since then my bible... has been one of my most precious possessions!!!

Amen on the Bible being a precious possession. The Bible is my constant companion, it goes were I go. You never know when the Lord will place someone in your life who needs to hear the word. This friday one of the guys at work asked "What is the big deal about 666 and where does it come from?" Man, talk about an open door. I read to him from Rev. 13:18 and explained the significance.

Thanks again for the response, I will keep everyone informed as to what the Lord is saying to me.

Yes, I am very serious about this. Numerology may seem meaningless, however this has been occuring and continues to occur. I am looking for serious responses from others who have had the same experience. I have seen posts on other forums (not CF) where people have had similar experiences. The spirit moves people in different ways.

Well, you just keep living in your fantasy. You do realise that April 4th now is not the same as April 4th several hundred years ago due to the calendar changing. By the way April 4th 2004 is 442004 or 4404 not 444. And the number 14441, why didn't you concentrate on the parts with a 1. This is just hogwash. A pity you have time on your habds to think about coincidence (or garbage) like this. Sorry I just see it as childish nonsense.

This is very strange. I don't thin k there are any prophecies dealing with 222 and 444, unless you combine them. (but that's a bit of a stretch)

First and foremost... you should pray to God.. and ask him if this isnt from him to take it away... Put your worries aside about it.. and then trust in him.. if it doesnt stop.. than.. they could just be messages... meaning something..

God sends messages.. everyway possible in different ways for different people..

Some may not agree.. with the number thing.. but I do... I would have never been interested in the numbers.. if that message hadnt have been right under the line... in Genesis!! ..

No I think it's a little more than opinion. I tender that very few people would equate April 4th 2004 as 444. And as someone else stated what the heck as 444 and 222 got to do with each other except in some lame attempt to get them to add to 666. And the 666 thing is numerological fantasy anyway. If this 222,444 thing is important to someone then I'm afraid they have some bigger problems than worrying about signs of the beast.

Thanks for your support. But let us take time to pray for Chi. According to his statistics he does not subscribe to any Bible version he thinks they are all corrupted. We know our God is bigger than that, He is able to preserve His word for the nations. I am one who takes the Bible literally (silly me), what God has done and what He promises to do, I believe.

God has gifted many believers with different spiritual gifts, we cannot discount and neglect what God does just because our natural mind thinks it is foolish. I don't know whether this is from God, I have been praying to know. But, even if it is not He is faithful, and I trust He will do what is right and in His will for my life.

Also, please do not think that I am obsessed with these numbers. I was interested to see if anyone had the same experience and if there are any believers out there with the gift of prophecy who might interpret.

I think it is silly to get worried about numbers, they don't mean anything at all. Some folk get in a state about 13 or 666, i just don't know why.

Does that include when Jesus said forgive 70x7? How about when Jesus said every hair on your head is numbered.

Now there are babies, then there is preschool, then there is grade school, High School, then if your ready there is the MOST HIGH SCHOOL. So depending how mature you are depends on whether or not God's numbers are important to a Christian, especially in these last days. You do not want a G.E.D on this subject, so grow and study, then pray for the privledge to enter the MOST HIGH"s SCHOOL.
