  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's fun, it's actually a lot different from Guild Wars 1. Decision based main quests and lots of other quests to do. Huge world, each area will last for about 10 levels and there is I believe 5 playable races. PvP is a lot of fun too.

I just found a game called 0-AD. It's a game in development, but you can download the alpha version of the game. I must say it's pretty good, though it's missing a few things.

Basically, it's like age of empires III, but in the time before Christ.

Got Battlefield: Bad Company 2 again, but this time I bought the Vietnam expansion. Awesome. I've also been playing Assassin's Creed III online (already beat the single player).

I'm also trying to get to level 50 in Assassin's Creed: Revelations online, so I can see the story content I haven't unlocked yet, and I'll be buying Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood again soon so I can get the Platinum Trophy.

I think I'm AC crazy.

Tropico 4

LOVE that game! I'm a Tropico addict.

Aside from some time with Rock Band Blitz and Rock Band 3, my main focus right now is Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii. I've been very surprised by just how much I love playing this game.

That's a great game, but as always suffers from the awful Wii controls. And, I don't know why, but that game made me so motionsick.

Right now I'm doing:

Pokemon Black (because Pokemon month on FB has fueled my motivation to play again)
ZombieU (because I'm trying so hard to like the WiiU)
Mario for the WiiU (because playing as the booster is AWESOME)

I keep meaning to finish Skylanders so I can do the second one, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I don't know why. Setting it up is such a hassle with a 2 year old.

I can understand the motion sickness to some degree, especially during battles when you'll be running around quite a bit and the camera swings with you.

I'm confused on the Wii controls comment. Are you thinking of the right game, b/c Xenoblade has no Wii specific controls. You can use either the Wii Remote/Nunchuck or a Classic Controller. There are no motion controls present in the game.

The controls, as in how the game handles.
