Not sure if you can do this: but could you program the forums to show the "ratio" of views to posts

So yes, I am not sure if you can do this, but I have started trying to work out ratios of views to posts, which I can do, but not being great at maths I find it quite difficult.

If you could take away the other two (views and posts) and just show that, that would be great.

Again, don't make it a priority if you are busy - I just wanted to note the suggestion.

That's a very interesting observation!
What it works out to be is a mathematical observation of how many people on here are listening to what God is willing to show them, and responding to what they have seen.

So, if you keep working on this, you can get better at math.

Also, maybe you could put one sample here in a post and we could do it with you, so you can learn.

I'll bet our volunteers are already plenty busy.

And if you were to have someone do the calculating of the ratios, he or she would need to have the numbers of posts and views. It might be easiest to get this if they still show in the forums. And my opinion is no human could keep ratios up to date. Because every time someone adds a view or a post, the ratio will change. A person for a thread would need to constantly watch the thread, in order to do an update right when new views and posts came along.

So, you would need a program working in the website. And this, of course, could increase the financial cost of using the website . . . when people can learn math and do their own calculations.

Once you learn something, it can be very easy, surprisingly easy
