Yes. I don't eat unhealthy, because I'm a runner. (and I'm older and can't get away with it anymore)

I try to abstain from filling my head with things that are intentionally ungodly.

As the good books says: overcome it with good. Rom. 12:21. (replace the worlds (Satan's) lies with God's promises)

Sometimes but I realize it is powerful to do that. I am reading the book "Me And My Big Mouth" by Joyce Meyers and she has much to say about this.

I don't have a church, at the moment, I am just starting out on my Christian journey (hopefully, one day, I will )
