One, if you don't count my sneaker style mules. Nike's...they're the best.

My Aunt and Uncle live in Coralville, which is about 25 miles south of Grand Rapids. But, my sister called them the day before yesterday, and they said they had to sand bag at work a bit, but otherwise, they're fine. (so many weather related tragedies in our country lately. Not to mention the world. )

Does your home have a basement?

As a matter of fact, I slept in, for a change.

Do you take joy from housework?

It depends. Sometimes I'm so over it, I wish for heaven so there wouldn't be any more of this never ending housework to deal with. Ya know? But, I do get joy out of a clean home.

I slept in too. I went to bed late. So, even though I woke up early, I made myself go back to sleep. (sleep deprivation is one of the contributing factors to my health problems. So, I'm trying, even if it's just for the Summer, to get 8 hours a night or so.)

What do you derive joy from in your day to day?

What do you like most about your home?

Yes. Unless someone wants to watch something on television down stairs or wants to take a nap on the couch.

oh, I wish I could! I grew up in Northwest Pennsylvania in the Allegheny Mountains. So cool in temp and beautiful there! I wish! So hot here. I'm a transplanted southernor. Actually, the people are so nice here, and I never would have met my husband if I hadn't lived here.

Do you walk around your house in bare feet, flip flops, or sturdy shoes?
