Lunch. Because I usually get to spend it with just my husband. (we get to eat adult/healthy food. I don't have to hear any complaints about it., break up any fights or deal with any adolescent bad attitudes. I can just be myself with the one person who loves me anyway. It's nice. )

I learned by reading cook books and my own trial and error. My mother left when I was 11 and she never really let me do anything but fry eggs and spoon cookie batter before that.
