CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I always tip. But, if I have a problem with the service, I ask to talk to the manager when I'm leaving. When you don't leave a tip, the problem doesn't get solved. But, if you tell the person who is in authority...they generally will deal with the problem so it's not a problem in the future. I don't spin my wheels trying to reason with someone about how they should treat customers. That's their bosses job. If the place wants repeat customers and good word of mouth (and they always do), they will want to know if their employees are making their clientele want to go elsewhere.

No. And I think that people that have paying jobs who do stuff like that are not only ungrateful, they're very immature. And they should quit, so that people who need the money can have the opportunity that that person doesn't seem to think is valuable enough to show up for.

I guess that was too nosy huh? Okay, well...I'll answer it. Yes. They disregarded it as unintelligent in a very ugly way. (which doesn't usually happen to me. )
