My friend, God loves you, and doubt will come here and there. That is why faith is such a big thing in our Christian lifes. Battle is not for you to do, but for the Lord Gods angels to do. Yes true you have some Christian Warriors, who like to get into those things.... You have questions? Ask God with a sincear heart! He will give you answers better then what any of us can. He told me somthing the other night, he said- As surly as i am alive on this earth, I will be alive in heaven. Also he asked me this question- Who am i going to belive, Humans or God? my brother, listen to this one also he has said... The wind blows through my hair, i cant see it. But i know its there! The air i breath, i cannot see, or hear, but i know its there! The Lord God, I cant see him, i cant lay my eyes on him, But i know hes there!
Often times when i doubt, i think back to before i was a christian- When he would call me, and touch my heart! When i was sad, and depressed, and i would get this sensation of peace and happyness. Remeber what he has done. Remember where you were, and where he has brought you! Heck i remember before i came to Christ, I tryed to read the bible- and didnt understand one single word... Now i understand it all! Belive! BELIVE! heheh, he loves you, and as surly as you are here, you will be in heaven too!

LOVE YA!!!

I mistakenly thought that I could fight for GOD using the same artillery they use. But what I now know is that I sank to their level and became as evil as they are.
First of all forgive me for not reading the entire thread. This might have been addressed by someone else. And I also want to say that I hope your faith is restored and strengthened. I do want to encourage you and the rest of us to continue finding answers to the questions people ask about our faith. Blind faith in Chrisitianity without any root in knowledge can be uprooted these days. I've had doubts in the past myself. Thankfully for me I read a good bit when I was younger and it was enough so that I've remained somewhat strong in my faith (eventhough I've certainly fallen far from God in the past).

OK, but my response to the above quote. I think you should be VERY CAREFUL how you toss the word "evil" around. Don't use that word lightly. Others will come in and quote a list of verses that will back up referring to non-christians as evil, but telling people they are evil or even believing they are evil is a very bad frame of mind for a Christian and this will lead to self-righteousness and a judgemental attitude on your part. Unless these people murder other people and committing immoral crimes against their fellow man stop calling them evil and stop calling yourself evil. They are lost, not evil. This isn't directed at just you, but to all of us. Personally I think its this kind of overreation that has left most people with a very bad image of Christianity.

You should have respect for non-christians and don't look down on them. We aren't "better" than they are and often they might even be smarter and more successful than we are. The thing that sets us apart is that we have accepted Christ. We haven't accomplished anything and again are no better than they are (we were given something that anyone else can have freely). We should try to approach non-christians with love, compassion, respect, and understanding and believing them to be evil will make this impossible.

But dont think I'm any better. :) I struggle with this a lot. Sometimes its better (I think) to distance yourself from those who will pull you down. Otherwise you might end up hurting yourself and also doing more harm than good for spreading the Word. (Which I have done many times and regret).
