I think they can get more military presence, if they talked normally, with respect, said "thank you" to Greenland and to Denmark etc. There is no "security reason to usurp Greenland as such.

But we know that Greenland's ice is melting and there is plenty of natural resources under it. This US administrative seems hungry for natural resources.

Attacking judges, attacking media, attacking political opposition (constantly, they mention Biden in every interview almost), attacking allies... it seems they want some chaos and war, possibly even against Europe. The question is why, what is the real plan behind all this.

I think Americans just wanted to stop the crazy wokeness of the left and to return to more traditional values. And to stop illegal immigration. It was a catastrophic error of the Democratic party that they focused on wokeness so much instead of on the preferences and anger of the majority.

But the Trump voters got more things in the package - friendship with dictatorships and threats and trade wars with democracies. And shameful, public tries to steal the land or resources of other countries.

The status quo or the current world order may change permanently after Trump (or is it after Vance and other people around Trump? Hard to say who is really coming with these ideas and scheming).
