Well I'm sorry. It's just that you have some kind of mindset that is completely alien to me. I'm aware that there exist people who do the kind of thing you're doing, but I don't think I've ever known one in real life. I try and put myself in your place but I can't for the life of me figure out what your motivation is. It's mysterious to me.

You didn't answer my question.First, I sent the complaint to the national website. I didn’t name the store or the franchise. I presume that all McDonalds are doing this. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, I’m just trying to get them to use proper English.
Second, what do you mean “bend to my will?” When a lady complains that the hardware store is out of screws is she trying to get them to bend to her will? When a customer at a diner complains that his soup is cold is he trying to get them to bend to his will? All I’m doing is complains about their misuse of language.
And I might just stop eating at McDonald's if they don’t correct. Wendy’s and Burger King both have small, medium and large.
