Hurting yourself is not the answer, take an over the counter sleeping pill if you must.

I listen to scriptures and I try to read the Bible but I don’t go to sleep & what was your advice?

memorize a verse such as Psalms 4:8
'I will both lie down in peace, and sleep;
For you alone O Lord, make me dwell in safety'.
keep it in your mind, repeat it and meditate on it, as it says in verse 4 'meditate within your heart on your bed and be still'.
I pray for you for sleep tonight,
Psalms 4:1
Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness!
You have relieved me in my distress,
Have mercy on me, and hear my prayer.

I know someone with same problem. Then she watch movies on handphone while laying on bed and drifted off to sleep. I have tried and it works -- because it tires out your eyes and they start to close However it is advisable to place the phone far from you would squash on the screen and crack it.
