No feelings for men

Isn't spitting disgusting? I can't stand it and don't understand why they do it.

It's either spit, or swallow something that isn't all that pleasant. Hate to be disgusting, but that's the way it is.

The last relationship I had was in 2002 in college, with a man. Since then I have no friendship or relationship with a man. I want to have a children but maybe in adoption. I am not a lesbian, but I just do not have that attraction that I use to. I just can't be around them like I wanted to at one point. I see them in a different way as spitting,cursing, and rude to women. I guess when you live in a urban city where there is no respect for women, you are use to lacking respect for men.

I want to be able to adopt kids maybe in my forties or fifties, if I live that long. I do not know what to do. Please give me advice.

Sorry to hear you are so downtrodden. Really seek what you believe God would want you to do. Adopting a child is a wonderful Godly thing to do and perhaps that desire is for him. There are so many babies and children in need of a loving, caring, good mommy. If you get into the living Word of God you may discover renewed energy and hope for a godly marriage,because you sound down about your feelings and maybe God would want you renew your mind and thoughts and perhaps a godly man could be in your future. Try to read the Bible and seek Jesus in the living Word. He will heal the hurts and fears and help you suceed and give your future hope.

Right now I started a new job and I am trying to learn as much as I can and sometimes I am neglecting prayer time and reading my bible. I been praying to God to help me find out if I am called to singleness or marriage, because I know there are people who suppose to get married but can't do the lack of men.

Thank you for responding to my post on no feelings for men. Since that time that you responded to my post I got a job, not where I would like to begin my career, but a job. I am not involved in a relationship with a man, but I am trying to be socialble in the new year to find good christian friends.

So you dont feel attracted to jerks. Great! You are gaining self respect. Now where would you find men of acceptable quality? Once you find the right kind of men your problem should vanish.
