Been playing this on my XBox. Good game. At first I was worried it was going to be overhyped, but now that I've played the demo, I feel much better about my preorder. Anyone else getting it, or have played the demo?

I don't think it's supposed to be related, which is a biiiig mistake! The cinematics for the entire trilogy are still cool to watch.

No, it's not true. The only reason people complain about the camera there's simply nothing else that they CAN complain about. The camera itself is decent enough. Seems like it's people who aren't really good at the game who tend to complain more. But after the first time, I didn't really notice the camera anymore.

Whee, this game is hard. Makes it good for Normal, but Very Hard mode is gonna be a real pain.

The camera on the demo gave me all kinds of hell. Hoping its fixed in the final version.

Fixed? There's no way you can "fix" the camera in a game where the action is so fast. It's slightly better, but it's about the best you can get in this type of game.

I too have played the actual demo. Do you know the level on the demo? I've seen the same level in the full game. Ryu only has the sword. He doesn't have all the weapons that they show in the demo. But, the weapons are most impressive.

I've seen some cinematics of the game. They look <sniff> so <sniff> beautiful!

Overall, do like the game the way it is? Or could it be less gory?

Personally, I can't wait until Ninja Gaiden II comes out!

they are thinking about cencoring it? ...thats a bit silly, i think people who are mature enough to play a M rated game, shouldn't have a problem. ...and who hasen't seen the english/japanese video's, they know about it already.

and i went to pick up the game, and i was 10 dollars short T_T, i was so bummed out. but i played the game for 45 minutes in the store, before i was asked to leave lol jkjk, but I rented it, and plan to buy it somtime this week.

...and i think penny arcade told it best about the hard mode. but i love hard mode, normal is fun too, but i prefer gettting a huge challenge out of this game.

I would reccomend this to any xbox owner, so far its the highest rated game on the consol. yes, it beat halo.

If you want a challenge, quickly beat the game, then play the unlocked Very Hard mode.

The reason they're censoring it is so they can reduce the age level from 17 or 18 to 16+.

hmm, i wasen't aware that they had those ratings in eroupe. but I dont care that much, the store's dont really care who they sell the games to. ...and If they add different "deaths" so to speak, i think that would be an improvment, i thought that the decapitation got old, fast. i would have liked to see more deaths than that. ...but i dont see the real point in it, if your interested in the game, your aparently old enough to handle it. i dont see to many 9 year olds lining up to get this game.

Decapitation is actually important. Especially for certain enemies that use their heads as an attack, but can still move after losing their heads.

thats pretty cool, i didn't know that. (considering that i dont own the game) so it would be a stupid thing to take out. ...but i think they would keep it for those enimies. ...or not...if there dumb...

so how far have you gotten? do you personally think it was worth the high ratings?

from what i have played, it was well deserving of the 10's in graphics and i agree the camera was annoying at times, but i think the game is so fun, and visually apealing, i dont mind going through parts again. ...its just a little bit tricky when i get swarmed, and am not able to appreciate the beutifull senary. ....and i throw my controller down, and get a drink but i love this game, and it really shows what they can do with the xbox when they decide to put there mind to it. ...i love team ninja.

I'm almost done. Near the end of Chapter 15, and the last Chapter is 16. I might go back and try to find some of those missing scarabs though. And yes, it's worth the high ratings.

this game is awesome ...best game ive played on a next gen console ....the camera is good .take some getting used to but once u get the hang of it , its awesome .......its hard which is a good thing .. not too hard the difficulty is just right ,,,,,,,,,

You really need to dismember people in a game to have fun with it? Also I'll point out that you're 15.....technically not old enough for M rated games.
