Niggling pain

Last night and just now i've been getting a little niggling pain kind of just uner my bump on the right hand side. Any ideas what it could be?

It's not really painful - just a little niggle and it's not all the time - i haven't had it at all today until now (it's 3pm) I don't have any history of any problems and i haven't been spotting - i'm a little worried

it could be round ligament pain! is this your first pregnancy?? You will have odd feeling pains on and off, as long as no bleeding is involved and its not like unbearable shooting pain, i wouldnt worry.

Yes it's my first one. thank you - it's intersting getting used to all the feelings. I'm paranold every time i go to the toilet just in case there is any spotting!! lol

Does it feel like a 'stitch' - if so, it is round ligament pain and perfectly normal. It happens because the ligament doesn't always keep pace with the growth of your bump and so gets stretched every now and then.

LOL! Naomi- that's exactly what I was going to write - sounds like round ligament pain to me!

Yeah, I know what you mean about being paranoid about every single thing. I think my second pregnancy will be much easier to deal with simply because now I know more what to expect...it just won't be anytime soon!!!! lol

I've been thinking about it all night and the best way i could find to discribe it is like an ache but stitch could discribe it to.
