Hi!!! I am MommaBuckaroo and I just want to say my hubby has done a great job...lol!!!!

One thing I want to point out is IF you pump to give a bottle you have to pump to make up for the missed feed or your not really exclusively breatfeeding if that makes sense. For example when I had pumped what I did was pump after my baby was done nursing to get milk for a bottle if my hubby wanted to feed the baby. I never did have him do any feeds at night....I knew if I did I would have to get `up and pump anyway to make up for the

 I wouldn't say we are technically QF, but I think we are close. We believe it is ok to use NFP when we need to space children, we would only ever use NFP, never contraception, and it's only when it's a need, not a want. I wanted to say that there was a period of several months where we were told it was medically important for us not to conceive and God made me infertile in that time. Amazing. It was hard because I wanted to conceive, but God was right, not me. Normally I can conceive immediately too.

Also, my parents didn't use any birth control after they had me and I'm an only child. Being QF doesn't necessarily mean you'll end up with a large family.

On the exclusive breast feeding front. I've heard that in order to gain the effects of exclusive breastfeeding you need to make sure you don't go longer than 4 hours without a feed, and you need to make sure you don't use a dummy (paci). That said, mum breast fed me until I weaned myself and yet her period returned at 4 months pp.

yeah, breastfeeding is different person to person, my friend exclusively bf and her period returned 28days to the day after her 3rd was born! She was not impressed, and it lessened her supply so bf couldn't continue for too long.

We are also pretty quiverful, I say 'pretty' because I don't think my DH would like a label, we're just going with God at the moment.
Mainly, we don't like man made contraception, we have a suspicion that my early use of the pill is what has caused my fertility problems today, although no doctor will confirm that for me - I'm not surprised  . They all shrug and say 'one of those things', 'you're still young' etc... :|
My two children we're conceived using fertility meds, but we decided that we're not going that route again, we'll be thankful for the two we have and just wait and see what God does...

Also, a couple I know who are quiverfull, had 8 children in about 12 years, and then that was it. She still should have had some years of fertility left if you look at her age, but God said enough and she never fell pregnant again...
