CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yes anyone should be able to get into that thread it is on the regular forum... and we plan to keep it there along with the ER....
I am also looking for an ER team... thinking about 3-4 with leader.. so if any of you wish to be on the ER team let me know... I guess maybe I should post a new thread for each team I want to create.. Should I make a new thread for each team I want to make or just list them on one thread for sign ups?? what are your thoughts everyone... **LD**

If a pet owner has not been online in 30 days could their pets automatically go up for adoption?

I gave deadline for other rescuers/angels to reply I think was Nov 18th....( they will have the chance to choose also, when and if they come back and pm me.
On Nov. 18th I will make new thread of teams I would like us to have along with duties of each... you will be allowed to pick one or two teams to be on. (Depending on how active you want to be). Once you see what I am trying to do I think you will enjoy our mission more. Some teams will have rescuer/angel user ID's and some will have own user ID's depending on the teams.... after you have choosen I will make it public of positions needing to be filled. Please be patient and keep sharing ideas and opinions.... we will get organized and I think everyone will be happy...

I have another suggestion. I would like to have a group of 2 to 3 people to help with abandoned pets. I think if each person was over a section of the abandoned pets, they could be in charge of checking the pets they're responsible for every 2 weeks (to be sure they're still abandoned).
Is this something I can go ahead and start organizing? Or should I wait?

I can be in that team.I already have around 5 like that pets in my watchlist.So if we keep them down to 0% hungry then we can save blessings too.I do that with mine anyway
