Just a quick hello from me. I'm a new member here, and I'm looking forward to joining in the discussions around the multiple forums.

I like world cultures, gaming, reading, and pizza...praise Jesus for that last one!

Actually, we have a decades old recipe tradition called "dad style pizza."
Take a store-bought frozen pizza like Tombstone or the store brand. Just get a cheaper brand for a buck or two. We partially cook the pizza in the oven, take it out, and pile on our favorite toppings.
Beef, pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, two kinds of cheese, and extra sauce. Sprinkle on some Italian spices and maybe some heat like some red pepper flakes. Pop it back in the oven and let it brown.
Gorge.

Hey Josh! I recently joined too and really enjoy it. I enjoy pizza too. I especially like pineapple, onion and jalapeño pizza. Thick crust. I am not a big fan of cheese, including the plant based ones I use.

I enjoy some of the Super Nintendo games. Got one of those mini classics a while back and really enjoy it. Though I only play like 30-60 minutes a week.
