Nuts, Im at work, so I can't provide specific instructions, but there is a way to change the font on a windows machine... get to your desktop and right-click on it, then select "Properties" from the menu that appears... there will be several tabs that appear, "Appearance", "Screen Saver", "Setup", some others... I'm not sure which one it is (I think Appearance), but you can change the scheme of windows... its the same place you change the color of the menu bars... anyway, there are a couple in there that provide larger fonts for people who can't read very well...

RA, thanks for your speedy answer. I tried and only succeeded in making things larger on my desktop. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but will ask my nephew if he can figure this out from what you told me.

It's so hard when you can't read things without straining.

It looks like something was added to force the main body of the site into a little window in the middle of the screen. Could that be optional? I use huge fonts and a very wide screen.

I've removed the borders around the main boxes, so that they are no longer squashed.

My nephew did something to the "resolution", and I can read it again!  Looks a bit odd, but at least the words are clear.  Praise God!

I have a little query though.. well two actually.

I have lost two things that I found very useful... one was the forum jump that used to be at the bottom. and the other is the option to translate a thread.

where did they go? or where they just surpluss to requirements.

Id much rather have it moving faster than have those things on here.. so good choice ok?!
