Hello everbody, I am new here! My name is Josh and I am a college student. I am studying to become a history teacher or poli sci teacher. I love history, especially U.S. history. I am a bit jingoistic, just a warning heh! Anyways, I also love music. I can play the Alto, Bari, and Tenor Saxophone. I can play guitar and bass, harmonica, banjo, and keyboards. I listen to a tade bit of country (mostly Garth Brooks), but my extreme love is classic rock (ie. 80's glam, and classics like: Blue Oyster Cult, Hendrix, etc.) I also like Heavy Metal music! Yeah I know, please don't freak out about that, my favorite bands consits of Judas Priest, Accept, Iron Maiden, Iced Earth, Blind Guardian, Children of Bodom, Anthrax, Gamma Ray, and many more. Now by knowing my music preference please do not be quick to judge me. I am a christian, have been all my life. I love God and I love him for being in my life. Just because I like that kind of music does not mean I hate religion. One of the main reasons why I came here was to escape the non religous, anti-christian people on heavy metal forums. I only knew two other people from 5 different forums who were devote christians, and that is not counting myself. And for all you that say Heavy Metal and Christianity can not mix, I strongly urge you to listen to some Stryper, Eternal Decision, Tourniquet, and some others.
