Hello, everyone. My name is Paul, almost 34 and I live in South Africa. I'm here primarily for guidance because I've been a bit insecure about my faith. I've been quite devout my entire life but there have been some questions I've been meaning to ask. I have a fiancee but I want my marriage to be one that has a foundation in Christ and I need to be secure in my faith before I can marry her. I'm sure you can get good advice, which would be basically to follow what Christ said to do, such as for example in a marriage to "forgive your brother or sister from your heart." is one of the things (we very much will need that in a marriage, sooner or later). Marriages last in part because the 2 are willing to forgive when needed.

My recently married Catholic friends had this wording I like: To put Christ at the center of our relationship. So, it's a 3 person relationship there.
