New Feature: PM BOX FULL MESSAGE if your PM box is full!

will show up where your PM blinking text is when your PM box is full. This will remind you to delete or download PMs.

When I read the thread title I thought, "isn't it a bit silly to send a PM to someone telling them to clean out there box if they obviously don't check it anyways", but I read what it actually is-the red blinking text, which is hard to ignore.
