Make sure you unequip all your stuff so it will all display properly when you re-equip it

Karenmarie....that particular "hat" needs to be equipped with the transparent hair....it's the only way it (and most helmets) will look right.

Firefox has an unavoidable "bug".... All you can do is refresh to make the characters look right. You can also click on the characters with your middle mouse button for a quicker fix.
