I can see now why the Nashville Scene is considered an "alternative" newspaper.

My objection against this show is that it seems ALL of the families are dysfunctional,and not one decent Christian family striving to walk the walk,now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how unfair a portrayal THAT is of a segment of society. If the supporters here of this show do not take offence of that......well nuff said.

Did somebody actually bring up 7th heaven? Man - that show - if anything - is a disgrace to Christians & to pastors. And talk about bad writing AND acting-.....7th Heaven had both!

As for Daniel - I enjoy the show. Although many Christians feel that they are above such sinful behavior - it does happen. Being a PK - I've seen almost everything this show portrays. The political junk that happens within the church would drive any pastor to pop-pills.

One of my favorite parts during the first show was when Daniel turns to Jesus and asks, "Do you talk to everyone like this?" Jesus replies, "Yes. But few listen." How true it is!
