Needing Support

Hi all, I've grown up in a Christian home, and all my life been exposed to different denominations -evangelical, catholism, baptist, pentecoastal, presbyterian...studied via home schooled, private schooled and public schooled ...let's just say I'm crazy...I'm predominantly a crazy introvert...but anyways I'm also a nurse who loves to tell corny jokes like what do you call a cow with no legs? - ground beef (pls dont roll your eyes at me).

Work has been stressful at times for me, seeing and caring for the sick, honestly, I feel drained out, there are times I dont know what to say to someone who has recently been diagnosed with cancer, or to someone who only has a day to live.

But anyways, I joined here because I know we all have struggles and to be able to have some prayer support (i need backup!!!) and to read opinions/testimonies, I think will be beneficial. Afterall, we are all gonna live together for eternity once we get to heaven or get ruptured, why not be friends now

I'm single...just putting it out there too...not desperate...but just honest...am i looking? yes.

Lol I don't know, I just don't feel like a normal person I guess, but what is normal nowadays . I feel like the cheshire cat somedays, with a mixture of seriousness on other days. I ask God why He made me so goofy...my thoughts are always in motion, always thinking...good Lord, maybe I have undiagnosed ADHD...but yeah feel free to chat whenever

Good humour is one of God's best gifts! There is no better "tool" to ease tension, loosen a deadlock, or reach out to people - to get their attention, to give hope and encouragement, to lift spirits and fight depression... I could go on. Thank and praise the Lord for your "goofyness" and use it for his glory. So glad you're here, maybe you could affect some of the more heated debates that happen here!
