Need Your Prayers! (Humorous)

There are 20 kids at the Love in Action orphanage here in Mexico. We are bringing them over five at a time to play with my model trains. Then we're getting ice cream (which they rarely get) and then we'll bring in the next group.

HELP! Fasting and prayer appreciated!

Your prayers have been answered! The children had a wonderful time, and they really liked the ice cream. Three more groups to go!

Prayers & fasting going out for your prayers & fasting! It'll be quite the struggle to get through your time of laughter & ice cream, but with God's help, may we all be able to do it!

(Yes, that was matching the humorous vibe, but I do believe the last bit is a sincere prayer)

The second group came over today, and it went well. Praise the Lord!

I noticed that they were getting bored, but they still wanted to stay. I guess my house is less boring than the orphanage.

We had the third group over today, and an older girl helped with the kids. I was surprised to hear her speak perfect American English (She is a Mexican). She told me that her father is an American, and I dropped it at that. But I will ask the supervisor the next time I see him.

Meanwhile, it was our third day of excellent behavior.
