Need your prayer support!

I have had OCD and scruplesity for few years now. I have tried exposure therapy, but each time I get to the hardest ones, the anxiety on my body is too severe and I end up digressing through all my progress. I have decided this time, no matter what, stick with it; specially when my therapist this week told me that the anxiety peaks at some point and after that it comes down. I always feared that the anxiety stays at the peak and hardly comes down, so his words encouraged me to try again. Please, If you can keep me in your prayers, specially this week. Thanks brothers and sisters.
