hi everyone...i need your help...my friend always wanted to be quiverfull but her husband doesnt anymore...they already faced a lot of discrimination from her family and society because he is black and he feels like if they become quiverfull...that no one will help support their children because her family refuses to talk to them...they already have one child by the grace of god...and he doesnt think its a good idea to have more despite the fact that they met and fell in love because they shared the same love for god...she is sad all the time...how can we help her?

please pray for my friend :prayer:

Deerhunting,

Do you subscribe to the QF viewpoint? It is not mandatory, but rather an ideal. If you don't, however, you will be incapable of correctly conveying any advice we might have to offer your friend. If that is the case, you are better off directing your friend to this forum.

Hi Sabertooth,

Thank you so much for your reply. I have been waiting eargerly for someone to respond. I, myself, believe deeply in QF but Jesus has not yet blessed me with a full term baby. It's painful for me to talk about this but I pray that one day I will be blessed with many children.

My friend and I share the same beilefs, but she is slowly starting to stop talking to me because of her husband. I don't think she would come on these forums because she would be uncomfortable talking about it in public. She's becoming quite depresed because she envisioned her life going very differently. We're very worried about her, especially since she seems uncomfortable talking us anymore. She loves Jesus. How do I help my friend? Has anyone else faced this?

Most QF-minded folks welcome the support. If she is not going to listen to you, her friend, why would she listen to secondhand advice from strangers on the internet? There are plenty of wives here whose husbands are not yet on board.
