Do you offer up animal sacrifices? That is in the OT also.
Not according to God...And we are not judged by what we eat either.
Not according to God...
Isaiah 66:17
They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD.
And we are not judged by what we eat either.
We have passed from Judgement through Christ and are Justified. Not according to God...
Isaiah 66:17

Works are no justification... Just one less thing to be judged on...The Lord may wink at those who know not, but will call on all to obedience of His Word,.. and you are judged by Him for that.We have passed from Judgement through Christ and are Justified. You are still hung up on works to justify oneself.. Filthy rags says the Lord.
We have readHaven't you read, there is a new administration and a new high priest who administers the Law differently now.
Animals sacrifices were done, with the sacrifice of Christ, but sacrifices are not done away.
The sacrifice of worship and praise are not required as ceromonials, it comes from a heart that is truly free in Jesus Christ. We are to be living sacrifices and we are to sacrifice our time and subtance to help others. The prayers of the saints are seen by God as sweet incense like those burned on the Alter in the OC times.
Hope this helps.

It is all sanctified through prayer.Just out of curiousity.Do you live in a smoggy part of Cal? If so,that is worse than some pork, for you.Excellent point Vis! If you don't mind I'm going to borrow that from you! The transmission fluid is for the transmission, the motor oil for the engine, the radiator coolant goes in the radiator, etc.
When the manufacturers says use 92 octane in the gas tank the warranty will be void if you use bacon grease. Props to you!
It would be classic case of presumption to believe one can put bacon grease in their car, pray, and expect it to work.It is all sanctified through prayer.
Haen't you heard? Smog in California isn't what it used to be thanks to cleaner burning vehicles and all the smog restrictions?Just out of curiousity.Do you live in a smoggy part of Cal?
Does God have a law that says, "Thou shalt no live in a smoggy area?If so,that is worse than some pork, for you.
Yes it does, which probably explains why I don't eat a lot of either. Of course, God prohibits pig, not beef or fish. And beef has worms, and a high uric acid content. And not only that, but the fish has mercury.
True DAT!!!We might not know all the reasons that God puts a No sign on certain actions, deeds, or thoughts,.. but we are to still obey and in faith trust Him... He knows why and what He is doing... and says it is for our sanctification... keeping the temple holy.

What scriptures does that apply too?If you have a vehicle and the manual says.. only use a certain type of fuel.. don't you thin that the creator of the vehicle would know what his design can handle?
