hi, as some may know me from the thread "lost both parents". I'm sort of having a hard time, being 16 and I'm trying to bring up my 12 year old brother. It has been really hard these last few weeks, but I guess it has been like this since my mum died. but it is getting worse. I need prayer so badly as I get anrgy at him but then I feel bad because I'm trying to do my best as a big sister can be, but it feels that I'm not doing good enough. So please pray for my situaltion.

Lord I ask You to help this grieving teenager who has lost her mother...Lord Your know the depths of her pain...please Lord send help from Your sanctuary even now. Oh Lord have mercy on this one and undertake for her in every way with Your grace and peace.

Oh GodsAngels, my heart hurts so for you.......I can't imagine how you must be feeling, the pain you must feel. Honey, I wish I could give you a hug. I pray that you would have a deep and very real sense of the Father's love for you. I pray that you have many people who love you to surround you and to help you carry your grief. And I pray that God would be the strong tower that you run into and that He would be the Rock that you stand on. You are so young to carry the burden you have for your brother and I pray that you would be gentle with yourself and not expect too much from yourself. May God provide every thing that both you and your brother need emotionally and physically and spiritually.

I lost both my parents last year, and my mum died on my brother {younger} brothers 12th birthday. Im finding it hard as I feel I'm a mother, I tell him off, he laughs and keeps being naughty. sometimes I just ask god and want him to tell why this has had to happen to my brothers and me. thanx for the prayer. luv gods angels.

Lord we keep lifting up these young people...I am sure they are all grieving and feeling a little lost. Let practical provision be found for them Lord...bring mentore into their lives who will help direct them to You. I also pray that deep rebellion will not take root in the hearts...but they will find the way to stay close to You Lord...it is most difficult for them Lord...let Your mercies fall upon this family...bringing You much honor and glory.

Father God, I want to thank you for always being there for every little need. You are such a caring, loving God. There are times you don't answer our prayers because you know they will hurt us. What an awesome God! You are the alpha and the omega - full of grace and mercy. There is nothing you can't do and there is nothing you are not about. Father God, this child of yours is hurting so bad right now. She is trying so hard to do the right things. We know that is something you want for us to do. Father God, only you knows the exact things this child of yours needs right now. I'm trusting you to reach down and touch her life with courage, strength, faith, hope, and understanding of how to help her brother. Father God, this is such a huge responsibility. You tell us to come boldly to your throne and ask of you. I'm doing so now Father God because I love you with all my heart and I trust you with everything I am. Father God, we are asking you right now to make me available if this young person needs me. I'm thanking you right now Father God for what you are about to do for this young person and her brother.
