Need prayer for temptation

Hey all, I'm struggling with temptation and I really need prayer and encouragement. I believe that The Lord can change, but it might not happen instantly. I really need to be strengthened but I know that it can only be done with community. Like how it says in the book of Proverbs: Iron sharpens iron, just as one man strengthens another. Thanks in advance.
