Need (more) help

I'm getting close to a time in my life where I need to decide what I'm going to do with my life, how I'm going to serve God.

The only way that I know of to figure these things out is to go with what my heart desires (which is really a new thing every few weeks).  Primarilly, I want to be a missionary pilot, OR join the Air Force.  My problem is, I proabably can't do both (I might be able to, there is a way).  Can you please pray that I have guidance?

You bet I'll pray. I would also like to add that you should ask him what it is he wants you to do here, the best way to serve God is by letting him decide for us what direction our life should take.

I would also like to add that at 18, you still have time to determine where your life is going. I'm 28 and still am not sure what God would have me do. My father wasn't called to the ministry until he was 24. Be patient, pray, and know that God will be faithful to you and reveal to you when He is ready. Don't try to rush it.

You're probably right, I'm just over-anxious about this sort of stuff.
But I hear all the time how up and down the market is for pilots. Now it's way down for the airlines but way up for the air force, but that flip flops all the time.
