Need Moderators

My original post was not allowed as it had examples of great online sites to post on, but the gist was what it took to be a moderator and how much work, and that there are other sites that use a better format to track and find posts as this one is a maze of confusion if I may be so bold to say........

Later when it allows me I will show you the links so you may be a chance to see what a well thought out and organized site looks like.......

The moderators here don't have much to do with the format of the site. That's up to Erwin, the owner and webmaster. It does take some time to get used to navigating everything here. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
