Shalom Inlove,

HaShem is pronounced just like it looks.... "Ha" as in hat and then "shem". Ha means the and shem means name. HaShem = The Name. It is a proper and respectful way to say "G-d" and is often used in place of Yud Hey Vav Hey, or more commonly known as Yahweh.

K'Hillah means community. The apostrophe represents a break in the word when pronouncing it. Ka as in Cat, Hi as in he, llah as in koala (the bear).

Emeth means firmness, faithfulness or most commonly... truth.

Tav is a hebrew letter. It looks like this: It has a numerical value of 400.
***I have edited this portion about the letter Tav. I must have been too tired last night and I gave bogus information! Thanks R. Cohen for pointing out my err. Oy, I need sleep****

and Ikklesia is a Greek word, often transliterated as Ekklesia. It means 'called out ones' and is typically translated as "church", though that is a rather modern translation.

Shalom,
Yafet.
