Need help interperting something

I got to talk to her today for a few minutes. I didn't really get a chance to say anything other than typical chit chat. I couldn't talk to her after class because we could leave when we finished our essays. She walked out about thirty seconds before I did. I didn't see her in the hallway or lounge. She did sit across from me in the computer lab. That may not mean anything since there is a divider between the two desks. I could see her pretty face the whole time though.

Something I forgot: she didn't say anything about me changing my class time today. We were however talking about other classes, about how I like history and she doesn't, and she likes math and I don't. So she said that we should switch classes or something like that (I think she thinks I have a math class, though I don't). She seemed to kind of say it in a slightly flirtatious way, but I'm not sure since I know nothing about any of that crap.

Even if we got to talk longer that could have lead up to me asking, I wouldn't want to embarrass either of us by doing it with other people around who could easily hear.

I'll try again on Thursday. I promise. If I can talk to her where no one else is listening, I'll try to suggest getting together. I don't wanna be as direct as some have suggested on here, but I'll indicate I'd like to see her outside of class (even if it's just in the student lounge).

I know before I was a little uncertain about how I felt about her, but now I really do like her. Just having that casual conversion (something I've really not done with a girl . . . almost ever). Also she looked really good today. She looked nice last week, but today she was super hot.

I didn't really try anything. I didn't ask her out--my nerves got the better of me. We were talking and it came up in normal conversation.

Thanks to everyone who responded for your advice, thoughts, and banter. I did at least make a new friend at school. I talked to my counselor about this today and she said Hannah could always have a friend she could introduce me to .
