American Baptist Churches in the USA, Presbyterian Church (USA), United Methodist Church, Episcopal Church (Anglican), Desciples of Christ, Lutheran, Church of Christ, Mennonites, Quakers (Friends),

Liberal
Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, Progressive Christianity, Evolutionary Christianity, Congregational (United Church of Christ), Unitarian (non christian),

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America should be in the mainline group. The ELCA is comparable to the Presbyterian and Methodist Churches you have listed in the mainline category, and is more conservative than the Episcopal Church, which you also have listed in the mainline category.

I re-made the list. This time I put all denominations and churches together, however, I put the more morally and socially conservative denoms at the top, the more moderate denoms in the middle and the more liberal ones near the bottom. I tried to put them all roughly in order according to all the research I've been able to come up with and using everyones suggestions here as well. And I will continue to rely on suggestions if I should move a denom up or down in the list. I also removed the non Christian denominations such as Mormons and Jehovas Witness.

I've re-made your list according the most important criteria: the consideration of the Eucharist
(this criteria is the more important because the Eucharist is the Body of Christ and St Paul teachs that the Church is the Body of Christ)

The consideration of sacraments and the apostolic succession are strictly linked to it.
