Need a little help!

Hi all!
Im need some help on trying to find out who sings these 2 songs, if anyone has heard them: We sing them at church, and can not seem to find out who
sings them,,

1. Goes like this: Bare with me.. YOU ARE A MIGHTY GOD,YOU ARE A
AWESOME GOD,MIGHTY GOD,MIGHTY GOD,YES YOU ARE A MIGHTY GOD.

Here is the other one im trying to find...

2. TABLE IS SPREAD, FEAST OF THE LORD IS GOING ON.......

Anyone know of these songs? I tried to explain them the best I could...
