They were alive at the time of the dinosaurs. There have been six (6) major extinctions where ONLY 10% (ten percent) survived to repopulate the earth. The most recent was 12,700 years ago when we lost saber tooth tigers and woolly mammoths. Even they still find mammoths with their lunch still in their tummy. If you consider a day in Genesis to be 1,000 years, everything works out just fine.But those aren't dinosaurs, those are just reptiles.

I believe ALL of the creation theories. YEC, GAP, Theistic Evolution, OEC, dispensationalism. They are all valid from their own perspective. Most people pick one and only believe one. Not at all. YEC covers the last 6,000 years, and Old Earth Covers the last 12.7 billion years. What happened 12.7 billion years ago is a lot different than what happened 6,000 years ago. There is no conflict.No, YEC runs counter to all of them, especially Old Earth Creationism.

Not for me. 500 years ago when Bishop Ussher wrote his book they did not know what we know today.
