Ya, Neil DeGrass Tyson also said that there is 95% of the matter that is causing gravity missing. He said when it comes to the cosmos we are 95% stupid.. I agree with him... Man thinks that they are wise but God will show them to be the fools that they are.

I am always baffled by this kind of comment. To think you are smart and others in the world are not, you need to be a genius and talk about your own intelligence, not attack theirs.

Trigonometry is pretty easy to understand. People use this everyday in their GPS. I am trying to get my wife to let me watch the GPS on her phone so I know where she is at any given time. So far she has not been willing to agree to this. The point is that the universe is expanding. The earth is slowing down and the moon is moving away from the earth at a steady consistent rate. The spin-down rate of the earth is actually in balance with the receding rate of the moon. So this gives us a way to tell how old the sun, moon and earth are. Also we can look at geology. How long did it take for the waves to create all the little grains of sand on the beach. This then is a challenge from God. Can you count the stars? Can you count the grains of sand? If you can, then you will be able to understand.

The oldest trilobite (ancient marine arthropods) fossils are about 525 million years old. They are very common, I even have some around here because they do not cost much of anything.

Those "scientists" are usually called Bible scholars but it is true that the best of them do employ the objectivity of scientists and some of the same techniques. A lot of the other Bible scholars detest them.

Not for long Elliot Gould denied God and he died a rather early death from cancer. A lot of his beliefs at the time have been shown not to be true. His teaching has not stood the test of time. For example he believes evolution is totally random. That if we were to go back to the beginning we would get totally different results. That is no longer believed to be true. All of the laws are the same everywhere in the universe and there is nothing random about evolution at all. Science is established by Theists because what they believe is able to endure the test of time.

No human bones have EVER been found with Dinosaur bones / fossils.

They do have human looking footprints. The atmosphere during the time of the dinosaurs was a lot more humid. The only Dino's to survive today are crocodiles and turtles and they require very wet conditions. They also live a very long life and grow to be very big over time.

Was there anything prior to Genesis? If you mean considering the entire cosmos . .. I'd say yes ... God has always been and His heavenly kingdom is somewhere in the cosmos. As far as earth goes and what we can see (observable universe and we really don't see that much) ... the Genesis account stands.

The universe is so vast, we can't even comprehend it and it is continuously expanding.

All the stars, planets and galaxies that can be seen today make up just 4 percent of the universe. The other 96 percent is made of stuff astronomers can't see, detect or even comprehend. These mysterious substances are called dark energy and dark matter.May 12, 2011

Were there Dinosaurs and where do they fit in? I believe they were part of Gods original creation but were not carnivorous/mean & nasty and that they existed until the flood ... after the fall (sin effected all of creation) ... however believe they were NOT in the areas of biblical times - least-wise not in very high concentration. When you go look at maps, where high concentration of dinosaur bones have been found ... not that many in that area of the world ... and what have been found could have floated in from the flood. Not unusual for some animals to be in certain places and not others, we see this today.

The most dinosaur fossils and the greatest variety of species have been found high in the deserts and badlands of North America, China and Argentina. And really who knows what the "map of the world" looked like before the flood ... it was a huge catastrophic event.

Were there Neanderthals and where do they fit in? Bible does not support this ... starts with Adam & Eve.

We aren't talking about evolution from one species to another here. Adaptations wihtin a species are evolution. What beast are you referring to?
