I sometimes have random urges to run around barefoot in the snow... so far I've only done it about 3-4 times this winter.

I wear shorts during winther. Last year people were ice skating on ponds and and making snowmen and I was still wearing shorts. I do wear gloves and and a hooded jacket though.

You sound like my brothers. They always wear shorts no matter what time of year it is.

It feels so good, doesn't it? I always feel torn between comfort and looking nice, so lately I have been slowly trying to transition my wardrobe to more comfortable and nice clothes.

Yeah, I was grocery shopping the other night, it was 14 degrees out. I saw people going into the store in shorts. Not all of them had coats either.

It really does. Dressing up nice was a major confidence booster when I first upgraded my wardrobe- smelling good makes me more confident also, that's why I usually wear a nice cologne.
But it can be uncomfortable. Ever since I started at this store, I try to strike more of a balance between fancy and functional. I don't wear vests or ties anymore. Usually just button up shirts and nice jeans with my lab coat. It's comfy, but I do miss going all out to the nines sometimes.

Lately I have been wearing a lot of sweatpants because it is cold out and they are easy and comfortable, although not quite as stylish. I love all things bright and colorful...I think I have bit of a "eclectic" and "boho style".

Fact about me: I was once a promising violist. But unfortunately have not picked it up at all for probably five years now. ... And I chose the viola at the start of my instrumental learning over the violin just to feel sooooo different and cooler than the other guys who would be in the school orchestra, thinking that everyone chooses the violin by default but barely anyone knows what the viola is.

Also a fact: .... Yes, I also wore an eye patch all of the time while playing the viola before the school or church audience.
