Anyway, let me draw out from the confusion you live in with my next question so others can see it.

Can I, after receiving Jesus as my Lord and Savior, live a life of adultery, lying, stealing, murdering, forgetting the Sabbath and so on without any conviction and still be saved and right with God?

As usual, the question is twisted to ignor any reasonable responses. (A reasonable response is) A person who recieves Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior does not automatically believe that a sinful lifestyle is the way to live their life. Willful sinning against God is unbecomming of a Christian.


Most Protestants make claims on 2 commandments that Jesus said "..fulfills the law".
The words of the New Covenant is:
1) To love the Lord with all your heart.
2) Love your neighbor as yourself.



SDA teach that non sabbatarians "believe" that they can lie, steal, murder, commit adultery, ect.

Why do they say that about Sundaykeepers?

Ans: to SDA, disobeying the sabbath commandment is like disregarding the other 9 commandments.

K4C, you know they are not going to directly answer the question... they will say that the Spirit takes these things from them when they are converted. Which of course, anyone who is honest with themselves, cannot claim. Sin and temptation are ever present and our Salvation needs to be worked out.

The conflict is that SDA are bred to believe that "only the law points out sin," and so therefore the law is eternal.


Other churches believe that; "any and all unrighteousness is sin" and sin existed before the law...the law was added 430yrs after the Abrahamic promises.

This text relates mostly to His healing ministry in the flesh, rather than His death for sins of mankind that the cross represents.

Again, a simple truth of scripture you can't see.... the verse clearly compares the sick in need of a physician to sinners in need of repentance and redemption. The cross represents that redemption....

Above statement simply implies why Jesus was going to people needing healing ministry and not those who are well.

Above statement does not compare God's healing ministry to His preaching repentance to sinners, but rather establish that the sick need dotors and the sinner need to hear truth not those who are righteous and well.

My offense is to ask questions and challenge what appears to contradict the bible. The truth should prove me wrong rather that get you all huffy.

My agenda is personal and delicate because my wife is Adventist. We have small children and I need real answers.

I am not Adventist I've been a christian over 30yrs and my belief are considered sinful conduct by SDA. My answers may show just that. I give my opinion on issues just like you but the word of God is the truth to hold on to.
If I was creating threads you could say I had an agenda.
The fact is......I refute and question what I dont agree with or understand as truth.
If you dont like it....too bad.
