Good Morning Dawn, what is going to be challenging for you today?

This morning traffic was a nightmare. Then I am just getting settled in at my desk and the accounting department called and we argued for about 30 minutes and then they finally figured out that I was right.

I had my review today and it was pretty bad compaired to last year. My boss asked me if I had any comments and I told her that I was in a really bad mood today, so I would rather not comment because I didn't want to say anything not nice. Not that my review meant much because nobody is getting a raise this year.

I am praying my afternoon is better.

Afternoon is slightly better. My nephew called and wants me to visit him in the hospital. Part of me wants to and the other part of me is afraid to.

YEAH... ...I'm a Junior Member, not a Newbie! YEAH!!!

I'm having a really nice day...got my PINK HAT on (thanks Gina!) and I'm fixing to get off of work and go pick up my daughter...we are going to celebrate her mid-9 weeks Progress Reports (a 3.8!!!!) by buying her a Webkins. The 9 weeks started out a little rough but she is pulling through! I am so proud of her!!! Her little incentive was another Webkins pet...what a girl!

Oh...I'm more in love with the Lord today than yesterday...He is so good to me. I also had a moment earlier that made me really appreciate my husband and my daughter...I'll blog about it later but it had to do with an email received from an old friend, the unexpected death of my younger brother in Jan. 2004 and not taking for granted that your loved ones know you love them...oh wow...it was a "take your breath away" moment...SO...I love and appreciate my husband...with all his little and BIG annoying habits...I am more blessed than I care to admit by having such a wonderful man in my life (sounds like I have some "heart" work to do!)...anyway...

Everyone...tell someone how much you love and appreciate them...hug them, hold them tight...we do not know what tomorrow holds for us or them...

ok, I have to know, what is a Webkins?

Good question...lol...a Webkinz (I spelled it wrong earlier) is a stuffed animal made by Ganz that you can purchase from Hallmark stores and other specialty stores...you can pick out of dogs, cats, frogs, bears, and other animals, bring them home, name them and then go on the website and adopt them. Once they are named and adopted, kids can go online and play games to earn money to buy them things for their little houses...if you have two your pets can play together...and if your childs friend has one, you can meet online and the pets can play together...my daughter is learning how to take care of her pets as well as how to manage her pets money and such...she really has fun taking care of them...you can look up webkinz and visit their site to see more of what they're about...
