MySpace friends on the Christian Forums

MySpace has been a mess lately! A friend of mine on my list who really doesn't get on MySpace that often had somebody post a bulletin from her with a link to a porn site. She would NEVER do something like that. She was so upset she emailed MySpace and said it if happens again she was deleting her account.

Starr, I love the picture of the dog. My kids and I have been sitting here cracking up.

Lynn, I have really contemplated doing the same thing if not for the wonderful friends I've met there that are not here as well. My friend Lori on my list had her site hacked and for 2 days her page was a mess and her friends pics looked evil, yesterday it was back to normal, but she can't get to her account.
Half the time that I want to reply to someone's email it says the profile is being worked on and to leave them a comment instead...but then the comments are disabled for an hour, or all day. And yesterday the groups were disabled.
The games I got for our group there I got from here. I'm thinking of just sending another bulletin out again and telling everyone again about CF one more time and just deleting my account....and giving my friends my email in my bulletin...if they stay in touch then they're friends.

Shawn is reading that website right now to me that you posted Rachel...it's awful!!!
I am glad that the bulletin went out so people can see it's not their friends posting that stuff.

Maybe I won;t delete my account...but just stay away until it's all cleared up/cleaned up

I'll pray about this. I have been much more uplifted here and very unstressed.
Maybe someone is trying to tell us something.

Please let the group know if either of you can get to it that as soon as my account lets me get to it I'll be there with an update...

Rachel..you can post that link in the group if you want and let the group know whats going on in a new topic if someone hasn't already...tell them about CF

Thank you hon, yeah I really wouldn;t want to leave cause I have friends there that Pastor out of there, and a few that use that as their Ministry, it's also the main way I keep in touch with my oldest in the Air Force, and my niece, my youngest daughter's on there too but her and I chat daily on the phone.
I'd still like to get more of them here though...has Lori been able to get back on or post in the group at all?
I was hoping that being as her page was normal again she could. I also sent tech support an email for her with her info.

I don't want to leave MySpace either. I've made some great inspirational people on there and got in touch with so many others. Maybe Tom will work something out. I'm sure he doesn't want everybodyto leave. We'll see what happens.

Well Tammy with hearts and Lori I email regular...Lori has the Israel flag, she's in the Fellowship group...she's a very sweet girl...she's the one who brother had surgery on his neck, back at the beginning of the group...Rachel I don't think you were in it yet, Lynn you might not have been either.

I wonder if the hacking was going on when 3 of my friends got deleted?

No I'm pretty new to the group, I don't remember that.

I have been having a LOT of problems with groups lately. There were a couple of days I couldn't even get to them. Then, when I could, I couldn't post. It seems everytime I went to MySpace last week, something wasn't working.

Lynn, did you get the bulletin that Rachel sent out last night? I resent it this morning so the friends on my list would get it to, it has the link about My Space getting hacked. Everything is working today.

Rachel, yes Lori's page is fixed now, not sure what who or how, but it's back to normal and she posted a bulletin sometime last night so she's ok now too.

I think this was all suppose to happen just the way it did. You know my fave saying is God doesn't create coincidence's

oh..ps. we found out that the zanaflex the Dr has me on twice a day, well now that I am also back on a low dose of effexor in the am..thats why almost exactly one hour after I take my morning meds...I start to fall asleep and am good for an almost 2 hour nap. if I skip the zanaflex (which I do Sundays) I'm fine.

Yes, I heard about MySpace getting hacked into. It's a shame. I went there a couple of times today and it seemed to be better. We'll see what happens.

We don't have anything to do with the bad stuff hon..we're in a Christian Fellowship group on there that I run.
I love it there as well. But am glad that God placed this site in my life as well
