Thank you for that uplifting post.It is crumbling and will never be the same. God is sending this sickness and confusion. Driving people insane so they reject the very means in place for their protection. I thought the 60s were bad but nothing close to this.

My world is crumbling rapidly right in front of me and it's making me more depressed each day where I feel like I don't want to live anymore if this ultimately "wins" in the end.
I am mad and upset that I have to be part of the generation living the prime age of my life during this Great Tribulation (if that's what it truly is this time) and I can't understand why this can't just "reset" and go back to the status quo where it was last somewhat sane at least.
I'm writing this because I'm feeling anxious about it now and want to talk it off.
I was Saved back then, and the charismatic church was absolutely dominated by an escapist pre-trib rapture mentality. The world didn't matter because we were all taking a magic carpet ride soon.Back in the 1980's I heard Ronald Reagan's former Secretary of Interior, James Watt, on Christian radio. One of his major points was that the end times are very close, and all the environmental protections on the books were basically pointless. We should consume and pollute with abandon.

God doesn't sent that sickness and pain. It is the devil that are making accidents happen. Good permit it, because sin must keep going His way till Jesus returns. You've taken your part from select verses, here's what is missing.Taking a part here and there from the scriptures and makes your own story is not good in the eyes of the Lord. When God said "evil" it doesn't mean the devil.
The day that sin has entered this world, human eyes has opened and they know what is good evil and righteous. Read the book of Job, did God has done evil on Job? If you are going to steal, is it that God sent you to steal? I you don't worship God, is it God doing evil to sent you in hell? If God says do this and you don't, is God doing evil by punished you? God said keep His 10 Commandments, are God doing evil because you have break the 4th commandment? So if it is not, then do what God told you do.

I am just sad because it seems like the world as it is for the last 10,000 years of humanity is ending (Jesus returning)
and out of all of it, my lifetime is the one that will see the end of all that human history.
