Who inspired you in your life, to make you want to be a better person?

It's when I went to a pentacostal service for the first time that I got inspired to change. I did not like the way I was and life was such a drag. When I saw how happy these people at church were to know God and be His children, I decided that I wanted that too. What a glorious day that was when He made me part of His fold!

Do you know how to play the guitar, or would you like to learn?

Oh, I would love to learn. I find it so neat to be able to take your music instrument wherever you want. I used to play the piano and got to level 2. Then it was hard to continue on a simple keyboard and also with my kids demanding so much attention. So I stopped. But I liked it a lot.

In the end, Thanksgiving went well. Only one incident when, while I was preparing the meal for my kids, they got a call from their father inviting them to go to the movies. Of course, they were thinking that going to the movies was more fun than to stay home and eat. So they asked, then begged, then argued for permission to go to the movies. I got upset, hurt by their immaturity and their complete lack of gratefulness, knowing that it was a financial stretch for me to get the Thanksgiving meal, and hurt by their total disreguard for my time spent in the kitchen.

Finally, their father decided to go to the movies at a later time, giving me and the kids time to eat and enjoy our meal.

All ended up peacefully!

LOL, I'm not sure I'm ready for Christmas. I have 3 boys who have expensive dreams regarding their gifts for Christmas. Hopefully, my sister can help.

What are your weekend plans?

Well, I played a board game with the kids, watched some movies while snacking on some popcorn, went for walks, and did some grocery shopping. The weather was beautiful, 60F and sunny. Perfect!

Hmmmm, I think any brother and sister in Christ stepping out of their comfort zone to humbly live for Him, is a hero.

Well, they know that mommy is tight financially so they settled with games only.
