While driving to my full-time job I have over an hour commute. Sometimes it's spent praying (yeah, you don't have to close your eyes ;)), sometimes it's spent mulling over a piece of scripture and seeing how it applies to today's time and sometimes it's spent singing. I spend time praying every day, it's just the commute is a wonderful time to spend some alone time with God.

I realized that God wants our friendship along with our worship. I can go to Him anytime with anything and just talk.

Excellent reply

 It seems to me like we all have traditional Christmas cookies that we cook in our families. What are some of your traditional Christmas cookies or what is your favorite Christmas cookie?

Good, old-fashioned oatmeal raisin cookies. I haven't made any this year. My oldest daughter has done all the Christmas baking. I might have to sneak in a batch of the oatmeal raisin though, she didn't make any.

I don't eat a lot of cookies, cake, pie, etc., but I love to do the baking of them. When I bake cookies, I eat half of one to taste it but then I won't touch them. But oatmeal raisin...yum!! I can eat a lot of them.

If you could create a perfect pet with parts from all your favorite animals, and you are able to leav out all the stuff you dont like, what new animal would you create??

Hmmmm...cool question. Let's see, elephant, pig, dog and chipmunk. I'd take the trunk from the elephant, put it on the dog's body, get the curly tail from the pig and attach that and then take the cute stripes from the chipmunk and run it down it's back. It would then be a eledopimunk. :D

If you had $100,000 given to you (tax free of course), what would you do with it?

edie

Give some to the church then...buy a new car for starters. Get a new wardrobe including new shoes and purses (I love purses). I buy for everyone else all the time...I need some new stuff. Oh and if there is anything left over from all that ;) I'd get my Mom and kids something.
